Intelligent Sports to Undergo Change in Board of Directors
Reggie Theus and Kellen Winslow Will Continue to Be Presence for Young Athletes
UPLAND, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--May 30, 2008 -- Intelligent Sports, Inc. (OTCPK:IGTP) has announced that Reggie Theus and Kellen Winslow have resigned as members of the Intelligent Sports Board of Directors. Both will continue to support the Company as advisors and in various other capacities, but will cease to remain as directors. Each cited excessive demands on their time in a host of high profile roles including coaching and broadcasting. Intelligent Sports, Inc. will announce their successors in the near future.
Mr. Theus, a former NBA All-Star and current Head Coach of the Sacramento Kings, and Mr. Winslow, a National Football League Hall of Famer, served on the Intelligent Sports Board of Directors for nearly two years. Both had previous professional alliances with Intelligent Sports' CEO, Thomas Hobson, and continue to be close friends and associates. Their experience as top level professional athletes, coaches and television broadcasters brought a wealth of knowledge that continues to benefit Intelligent Sports and the young athletes who participate in its programs.

Intelligent Sports recently entered the online retail fitness market with the launch of its e-commerce Web site at http://intelligentsports.net/store. The online venue will sell fitness equipment for the home and offer professional fitness and nutritional instruction. It targets health conscious adults aged 45 to 64, a growing demographic, and utilizes an online shopping cart and searchable database of more than 70 products, including multi-station gyms, elliptical machines, free weights and other equipment.
